How do I place an order?

You can order directly through our website by selecting your favourite design and adding it to checkout. You can then add your personalisation details in to the box at check out. You can also contact me if you have seen something on the website that you would like a more bespoke version of. You can either use the contact form on the website or email me to get in touch.

How soon should I order my invitations?

We recommend ordering your invitations 4–6 months before your wedding, so you have plenty of time for proofing, printing, and mailing. For “Save the Dates,” plan about 8–12 months ahead.

Can I Order A sample?

Absolutely. You can order samples directly through the website. Please note samples are not customized and example text is used. This will still give you an opportunity to feel the card that we use and get an idea of what your invitation or chosen stationery will look like.

All our samples are sent out Royal Mail First Class as standard.

How many revisions do I get?

Each order includes up to 2 rounds of digital revisions. After this, further revisions will be charged at a rate of £15 per revision.

Can I see a proof before my invitations are printed?

A digital proof will be sent to you to approve before anything is sent to print. We aim to do this 2-3 working days days from the date of purchase. Once you have approved the designs, your order will be sent to print. Once you have approved your proofs delivery will take 7 - 10 working days.

Please kindly note, we cannot accept any responsibility for word errors, typos or misspellings within the personalised text sent to us by the customer at the point of order. If there is something that we notice and which to clarify we may contact you, but please assume that the text that is sent to us will be printed. We will send a proof to you before anything is sent to print. Once you confirm you are happy with this, the item will be sent to print and no further changes can be made.

Do you accept returns or cancellations?

Due to the customized/personalised nature of the product, I am not able to offer any refunds or exchanges.

What if my order is delayed in transit?

Once your order is out for delivery, we’ll provide tracking information. While we can’t control courier delays, we’ll always do our best to help you track your parcel and keep things on schedule.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.

Can you match my wedding colours or theme?

Yes! We can customize most designs to match your colour palette or theme. If you have specific swatches or references, feel free to share them — we’ll do our best to match them closely.

Can I change my order after it’s been approved?

Once you have approved your proof your design will be sent to print any no further changes can be made.
