Processing Times

Once your order is received we will begin preparing
a digital proof. We aim to do send you the proof  2-3 
working days from the date of purchase. Once you have approved the
designs, your order will be sent to print.

Once you have approved your proofs delivery
will take 5-10 working days.

All wedding stationery orders are carefully
designed, printed, and packaged with great care and attention to detail.

Rush Orders: If you require your
stationery sooner, please contact us at admin@meadowlanepaperie.com
before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your
timeline.

Shipping Methods & Times

We ship via trusted couriers such as Royal
Mail, DPD, or DHL

All samples are sent via First Class Royal
Mail. Please allow 2-3 working days to receive these. For orders outside the UK
this may be up to 2 weeks.

Larger orders, such as signs and invitations,
will be sent tracked with a courier service.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and
may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, courier
issues, or peak seasons).

International Shipping

For international order, please place your
order at least 5 - 6 weeks prior to your wedding date to ensure enough time for
proofing, printing and delivery.

Please also note that international customers
are responsible for their own import VAT, customs duty, customs clearance fees
and any other country-specific fees and tariffs incurred

 

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the customized/personalized nature of our
products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
We strongly encourage reviewing all proofs carefully before final approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect,
please notify us within 3 days of receipt, including photographs of damage
or issue.
